How Much Tech is Too Much?
With the rise of technological advancements and devices being produced each year, there are many mental and health concerns arising, especially in regard to children. While there are many questions still unanswered, new studies are confirming that technology is not suited for children’s rapidly growing brains.
With many adults being accustomed to the latest technologies as day to day necessities, it’s easy to overlook the fact that the devices we need as adults may not be suitable for our sweet kids. It can be easy at times to hand over the TV remote, game controller, etc. to the kids and let the television, phone, or computer be the babysitter. However, it may be time to take a hard look at our kids’ electronic habits and see where we can make changes to keep our kids off electronics and involved with the real world.
